Monkey D. Dragon is the father of Monkey D. Luffy and the son of Monkey D. Garp. He is the infamous Revolutionary leader who has been attempting to overthrow the World Government. He is the World Government's greatest enemy and is the most dangerous and most wanted man in the world.
Luffy from one piece definetly deserves to be on this list for he has the 3 hakis , gear second and third. Luffy has the power of the Gum-Gum Fruit which makes him a rubber man therefore he does not feel pain from physical attacks such as punches and kicks.

I forgot to add this guy to the list. I was thinking about Tengen Toppa Gurren Lagann and how it wasn't really a single character seeing as it had a team piloting it and therefore shouldn't go on the list. The Anti-Spiral, on the other hand, can do. He is a single being that has seemingly endless amounts of power, one of his many attacks is to unleash the power of another Big Bang at the enemy and attempt to vaporise them. Take into account that when fighting the TTGL team he wasn't even fighting to his full strength and faced them on equal ground.

However, for the entire 72 years that he lived, he had never once received a wound on his back because he never ran away from his battles.
Personal Opinion: It takes a real man, to stand up against a enemy nobody tried to fight head on before to save his son. He then sacrifced himself to save his crew and allies by fighting the Marines and Blackbeard to the bitter end. No more needs to be said.
He's been beheaded, sliced to pieces multiple times and can control the powers of darkness to transform his body into unspeakable evil. He's practically invincible and weilds ridiculously sized handguns as well as a sword when he reaches his released form.
He's killed and absorbed thousands of men from armies over 500 years as well as defeating many modified species of his own vampire-kind.
Alucard's just pretty much badass all over, he doesn't even try to dodge attacks because he's just unstoppable.
Almost all the characters from dragonball are ridiculously overpowered but Goku at Super Saiyan level has enough power to destroy a planet, I think it's worth putting him on here
